House District 38 covers all of Littleton, the southern portion of Englewood and portions of Greenwood Village.

Hello!

The session is officially in full swing. As a freshman legislator, I can tell you that things really do happen down at the Capitol. The pace has been tremendous and the legislation being discussed is exciting.

On the campaign trail, I spoke in-depth about “representative” government and what it means to me…I work for you. In that vein I think constituent outreach is vital to doing my job well down at the Capitol. So in an effort to keep you informed about the progress we are making and to give you an opportunity to share your feedback I am proud to announce my participation in a pair of upcoming Town Hall meetings in the south-metro area:
I have established a regular schedule of informal citizen get-togethers. I have worked to cover the district, by offering a variety of locations and times. I look forward to providing updates on what’s going on at the legislature, as well as answering questions and hearing your ideas and concerns.

First Monday of the month, 7-8:30 a.m., South Metro Chamber of Commerce, 6480 S. University Blvd. Centennial. As vice chairman of the Business and Labor Committee, I would like to use these meetings to discuss business legislation. Open to the public.

Second Fridays, 4-6 p.m., Cool River Café, 8000 E. Belleview Ave. Greenwood Village in the lounge.

Second Saturdays, 9-10 a.m., Blueberry’s Bakery and Cafe. 1500 W. Littleton Blvd.

Hope that you will make plans to stop by one of the events. As always, please feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns.
